Biryanis

Biryani-: That having a top position in our menu listing.Our menu card lists a wide range of Veg and Non -Veg biryanis. And if their is anybody who is crazy about Mughlai Biryani then we are here.We have some other ways to make your biryani special for you and one of them is we like to use milk and creams in biryanis because they blend harmoniously with the aromas and flavours, and they bring colour and texture to the rice and meat.

Here we are giving you some general steps of making biryanis.

1) First thing you need to do is to cook the basmathi rice with water, salt and three drops of oil.But remember dont cooked rice completely.Drain water from rice.

2) Prepare all the materials all spices and masala in oil till a nice aroma comes out.Note dont cook the vegetables completely.Fry the spices.

3) Heat the oil and fry onion slices till they turn brownish.Now you need to take out the onion from the oil.

4) Soak saffron or the biryani color in warm water.

5) Take a thick pan and heat ghee.Now add the mixture you have prepared and cover that with layer of rice and top of rice spread the layer of fried onion.

6) Now arrange all the material.Spread fried onion and color on the top.Add some(around 1tbl spn) ghee/oil on top, add 1 cup of water(for 1 cup rice).

7) Cover that well and cook that on a low flame.When grain becomes bigger then heat tawa and and keep the biryani vessel on it .And then cook it again on a low flame till the rice is completely done.

and finally serve hot with raita or mint chutney.
