We have large varieties of curries but the Lamb Cury is very popular among all the curries in north india.You can vary by adding other ingredients instead of lamb and by adjusting cooking time.
Here is simple method to prepare the the Lamb Curry-:
1) Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Now you can add Lambs and then cook it for 5 minuts till it turn brownish and after that remove lamb from pan.
2) Now heat the oil over medium high heat.Add onion slices and other ingredients and then cook for 5 minuts till it get browned.Now stir in coriander and add next ingredients and cook for 1-2 minuts.
3) Now add lamb ,tomato, water and saltbring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for one and half hours or until the lamb is tender. Stir in 1/4 cup cilantro. Serve over rice; sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cilantro.
