Naan is a flat bread that is used in countries like India, Pakistan, Iran and so many other surroundings countries.Naan is stuffed with a variety of vegetables and topping can be placed on the top of the bread.The best quality of naan is it is softer and most of the time it is larger and you can freez it in freezer bags for up to 25-30 days.Nans are simply to cook.It is the best bread that you can serve your guest with a meal.
Here is the one of our simple method of making nans-:
Naan dough recipe-: First break an egg and beat it in a bowl.
2) Mix liquid, non sweetened yoghurt. use half .The amount of flour and dough depends on the amount of yoghurt.
3) Shake it and mix it in a well manner using whip.For each cup of water add 1.5 cup of lukewarm water.
4)Now add some fresh yeast because yeast having a overwhelming taste. you can also some amount of sugar.
5) Now leave this for 10-15 minuts and then add a tablespoon of fine salt.Now mix it till it turns into smooth mixture.Now use white flour and mix it in.Knead well for 10 minuts.
6) Finally heat the tandoor and cut a piece of dough the size of an apple and make it big till it covers your hand.Now sprinkle aromatic seeds and perss to fix them.
Here serve it hot-hot with chutney aur sauce or any other you would like to eat with.
