Plain Bread

Plain Bread-: The most comman breakfast dish used globaly.When ever we talk about breakfast then the first thing that comes in our mind is bread with jam or butter.However plain bread is very much known and baked we have tried to make it some different way just check if was better than the other one that we have made until now.

Their is simple method to make this one we have used -:

1) Mix all the ingredients you have selected, knead them together for about 10 minutes until it become a soft, smooth dough.
2) Balance the dough's consistency when additional requirment of flour or water is needed.
3) Put the dough in another bowl, cover it with a towel and leave it for 2-3 hours till it get double in its previous size.
4) Now give it the shape of 8-10 inches of log and transfer the log toa lightly greased 21.6cm x 11.5cm loaf pan.
6) Now cover the pan with towel and leave it for 50 minuts untill it get doubled.
7) Heat the oven to 350°F.
8) Remove the cover of the pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, tenting it lightly with aluminium foil for the final 10 to 15 minutes.
9) Remove the bread from the oven, take it out of the pan.

Now enjoy that with butter aur jam whatever you required with this.
